I began my career in Real Estate by purchasing a duplex in March of 2000. This first purchase was my steepest learning curve and in the following years I became acquainted with all of the trades. Many of the professionals who worked on that transaction still work with me today.

 

My second multi-unit purchase occurred in 2003 while completing my MBA at the Schulich School of Business. I majored in the Real Property program while at Schulich and wrote a 601 on Royal Lepage Commercial. Following graduation, I acquired my Real Estate License and became a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Toronto Real Estate Board. Since then, I have participated in many areas of the field.

 

From in-fill developments to private financing, I have been successful in assembling a variety of transactions while also aiding in the purchase and sale of residential properties for friends and clients.
